Padiham Road Post Office

Rude, arrogant and zero customer service from the woman behind the counter about 5.30pm on Friday. She spoke to me like i was something on the bottom of her shoe. I for one will not be going back in there!

Awful place, awful customer service, i experianced such poor service when everyone else seemed to get a great service, i know what that meant, do not go there, do not use their service, very very awful experiance will be writing a formal complaint.

Always helpful where they can be. I appreciate the fact there is a local post office nearby that's not closed like the rest. Plenty of stock on the shelves and helpful staff!

Emma, the most ignorant shop owner I have every encountered. I have never spoken to this woman without her being nasty and unhelpful. Today I was told never to go in her shop again and don't worry I never will. I will also be telling everyone I know of my latest dealings with her. As a local councillor she should be looking after her local people not being downright ignorant. Unfortunately I find I have to give this review a minimum of 1 star.
