        Absolute joke the Post office counter is only open between 9am to 12.30pm. They are not providing a service to the people. They need to open longer for people to access their services.

        Total mess up by an inept Courier company but situation investigated and explained by helpful, professional Post Mistress - though none of the mess was her fault or responsibility. Wish all shops had this level of customer care and attention. Will definitely use this post office in future whenever I can.

        Always friendly and helpful although I don't use often as most of the time I use Peter's in Burnley as its more convenient and like to post items later in the day
