        Wow, what an amazing service from Mark, who came out only a few hours after I rang him from returning from my holiday to find out that my hot water wouldn't work. Not a crisis, but inconvenient. Very pleasant and engaging man, explained what he was doing and the cost of repair was music to my ears.
