Firstly, their special discount code displayed on the top of their page didn't work. Then, I managed to order and pay for 9 foam rollers but the following day I received an email with the order cancellation and confirmation of a refund. Two weeks have gone pass and no refund yet. More phone calls and emails exchanged and still no refund, it's been now 3 weeks!This is shocking! Really! Think twice before you spend any money with Physioroom!!!

Sold something that wasnt even available. Didnt even care to contact me I contacted them for them to tell me item was sold to me by mistake. Joke of a company!

Happy with my purchases. Customer services also answered my call and sent an item straight away.

No tracking available for my order. Only part of my order received. No ability to contact customer service except by email, although their FAQ says chat and phone calls available

I couldn't agree more with the reviews. Dreadful company. Do not order from them and I would not recommend them to anyone. Customer service is appalling. They ask you to email info... but the service is just as bad and you will not get a satisfactory resolution. Spend your money with companies that value your custom!
