Terrible communication with patients, been waiting quite sometime for a prescription to be told they no longer deal with patients from my GP surgery which has now left me in a pretty risky situation, I would seriously avoid using their services!

I called at this pharmacy in Colne today to purchase a particular brand of cough linctus which I have always been able to obtain there in the past. Today I was told that it was not in stock... without any suggestion of where it might be obtained. Not in the least bit helpful and exacerbated by being called "sweetheart" by the woman behind the counter. Presumably she believes that it is OK to address older customers in this way. Very patronising and unacceptable. It used to be such a good pharmacy but those days have gone.

If 0 was a thing these have defo earned one. Long waits outside in the freezing cold. Slow staff. I was there in a cue for an hour and 2 people came out the store well the line just got bigger. I left in the end from being in pain standing in cold and standing up for so long.
