        Every time I've been to collect my prescription in the last 4 months it's never been ready. After waiting in a queue this morning for 20 minutes and then told yet again its not ready .shocking

        The staff are so busy but always make time for you and help you, I am made to feel valued and cared for and there is always a smile waiting to greet you.

        Went for a flu jab today and it was cancelled. Said that they'd tried to ring everyone, but don't think they made much of an effort as I have no missed calls or messages left on voice mail. Very poor service.
