Have had to use this pharmacy, as I have relatives nearby and can only compliment the service. Several times they have helped out massively, in emergency situations the staff have been so nice and have gone the extra mile. The advice is always spot on and I've not had to see a doctor because of what they've advised

One of the best pharmacies around Burnley, staff have the best customer service around, wait time isn't too long, will always recommend this pharmacy

Absolutley horendous customer service!! The women at the counter are really nice and helpful. It is the man who is the pharmicist named Zafar who has digustingly poor customer service. yesterday he specifically asked me to come on time to five my flu jab as he has many people waiting and i came just in time only to see him blatantly ignore me and prioritise other people who came way after me and attended calls that came in half an hour after me waiting there and sitting there for over half an hour with disregarf. I got my refund and left angry and upset that there are people like that working in our chemists. I will never go there again and he clearly has no respect for people waiting

Excellent customer service and there is no long queue when waiting. You can order your prescriptions through phone and get it delivered to your address within 48 hours. Or you can go to the pharmacy and order straight from there the max wait if you're alone and no other patients or customer in store then you'll get straight away or with in 5 minutes, if there is other customers this may vary and you could be waiting longer. I'd recommend you call in to order any repeat prescriptions.
