Burnley Late Night Pharmacy

Was due my heart meds this morning ,been told 4 times to day they were out for delivery , only to be told that delivery driver had finished at 6:00 and gone home , asked why the delivery had my meds if he had gone home , surely deliver drivers arent allowed to do that , was then told that the meds werent even filled out or with the delivery driver after all , then they tried saying there werent due till Friday, I have a monthly script 12th till 12th of each month,

I have amended this review. The staff want to be able to help, but, sometimes, they just need to have a little more patience and understanding. Other than that, I recommend.

Since my husband and I transferred to the late night Colne Rd. Pharmacy we have been impressed by the prompt professional manner in which our medicines have been dispensed and delivered with courtesy to our home. Thankyou .It is reassuring to be able to have trust in your care
