        Tried to make an appointment to see the doctor and was told to call back at 8am or 1pm. Most people work between these hours. Then when I got through they just hang up. Sorry but we don't all sit at home smoking roll ups and watching Jeremy Kyle.

        The new staff at this pharmacy lack professionalsm and courtesy. Will keep telling you to come tomorrow for your medicine unless you ask why the delay?Then finally after fourth visit someone will suddenly find your missing medicine and .. there you go.

        Often kept waiting as my repeat prescription is quite a large order so people with smaller scripts take priority while I get left until very last, can be frustrating but the staff are lovely and the pharmacist is very helpful if you need advice
