Just dropped in to the chemist. Absolutely disgusting behavior with one member of staff saying not their problem I can't access this medication as it's been prescribed by the hospital. Disgusting arrogant attitude by members of staff. The clearly can't care less... Even one star is too much to give to this place . PLEASE avoid this place at all cost . There much more helpful chemists locally who actually care and help people that walk through their door. I will absolutely not be bullied into removing my documented experience of the visit! I don't usually write reviews only on instances that I have had appalling experience and where I feel the right thing to do would be to warn other ppl. You may be aware that ppl are more likely to write a review after a bad experience!!! Instead of apologizing for your rude staff you are making excuses for them.. sums the place up and the thuggish culture! In your response you state that " you are unable to grasp the advice and instructions" that is exactly how the ladies were talking down to me I can see from the tone in your feedback that this is widespread in your practice. Located in this area you and your staff think it's acceptable to talk down to us in that patronizing condescending tone. It was your most senior staff that Said " it is not our problem" And finally my issue was not that the medicine was not available at your store but the rude, arrogant behavior and mistreatment from the staff. I hope you read and process this feedback and perhaps remind your staff of basic manners and if you have budget enrol them on to a customer service course. For the record there was no aggression from my part I walked out upset and disturbed having been treated by your staff in that manner. No I was not told not to come I was told to come quickly as you were due to close at 1pm !!?! So you are also liars shame on you !!!

Ive recently moved over here and Ive not managed to get into a doctors yet. But I managed to get my prescription from here without any hassle, staff super helpful and friendly and even gave me a months supply instead of onto a few days worth.
