Doggie Style Grooming Parlour

Just had an incredible 1st visit to the groomers this morning. Bella and Daisy came out smelling so fresh and enjoyed every minute of being pampered At such an amazing price! Definitely coming here again. We didn't get there names however they were so polite and always had a cheerful smile Thankyou for making it such a special visit.

Writing for my relative - "Really disappointed the last few times my cat was groomed. Barely anything taken off her at all. She is a long haired cat and came back with same lungs under her chin and belly as she was sent with. She looked untouched. On collection the shop looked overbooked with dogs lined up in crates all along the back wall. Doggy style was brilliant to begin with, sadly it looks like she's taking on too many appointments in one day and can't provide the same level of service. I have found another groomer".

We have been going here for a few years, Maggie from being a puppy. Always happy with the service. Unfortunately we wont be returning as I was really poorly in bed, tried to arrange husband or family to take my dog but they couldnt as working. I wanted to rearrange but was told wed be charged a 20 fee as less than 24 hours notice, I wasnt aware I was going to be ill 24 hours prior! Then Id to pay full price of groom 48 hours later at the appointment. We wont bother and will take our 2 dogs elsewhere. For 20, theyve lost 2 dogs for 6-8 weekly grooms costing around 75 every-time, make no business sense for a loyal customer. Disappointing but wont return

My yorkie, Lettie, will definitely be becoming a regular. She was long overdue for a cut, came home looking and smelling wonderful. Went to collect her and she was quite happy following the lovely ladies round the shop. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
