    Prior to starting Personal Training sessions with Paul I was unhealthy, overweight, unfit and hadnt really a clue what to do in regards to training. Paul has helped me lose weight, and begin to build muscle, in a sensible, manageable way which fits in around my lifestyle. I have learnt so much from my sessions with Paul, how to lift weights with the correct form, proper nutrition, the importance of a good warm up/cool down and stretch along with so much more. He checks in with me, as a client, on a regular basis and is always available for any questions I may have. I can hand on heart say that having Paul as my PT has made such a massively positive difference to my life in ways I truly never thought would happen. I am privileged to have him as my personal trainer and anyone else would be to. If you are looking at using a Personal Trainer I strongly recommend contacting Paul, you definitely will not regret it.

    Before I started up with Paul for personal training sessions, I wasnt very energetic, eat loads of rubbish, was low on self esteem and had no motivation. Ive been with Paul for 5months and Im nearly at my 1 1/2 stone mark. Hes the type of trainer that gets inside your head and motivates you to reach your goals. Comfortable to work with and makes you feel part of a special team. I would highly recommend Paul, not only for what he can achieve with you but he CARES and WANTS you to succeed just as much as you do yourself.

    Signing up with Paul as my personal trainer was the best decision I ever made. I used to slog it out doing endless things in the gym I just didn't enjoy along with trying various rubbish diets without seeing a change. I had no confidence and hated the way I looked. Now I am eating more than ever and seeing the pounds go down weekly. I am doing workouts I actually look forward to and enjoy. He has taught me so much about weights concentrating on building the weight up while always teaching the proper form. Cardio no longer seems like an endless task! He makes the sessions fun whilst still pushing me every time. His dedication to each client is second to none and he is there for you every step of the way. He checks in on not only how I am doing with the fitness side but with my nutrition too, always happy to give out ideas to help along the way. Anyone would be more than lucky to have Paul as their personal trainer!

    I have always struggled with a very unhealthy relationship with food and often used exercise as a form of punishment to deal with the guilt I felt for eating. I had zero confidence, wouldn't be seen dead in the weight room and often endured long boring sessions of cardio seeing little to no results. I had starved myself for so long that my body hung on to everything I ate and I wasn't seeing any results. During my workouts I was always so tired and often felt faint. Through Paul's continuous support and encouragement I have learned to fuel my body in the right way to get the most out of my workouts and push myself to get the results I want. I am eating more than I have in a long time and am slowing changing my perspective regarding food. He has given me the confidence I needed to push myself and not be afraid of what others think. I now love doing weights and workouts have become enjoyable again. Paul always goes above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble.
