        A huge thank you to Karen (I hope I've remembered that correctly) the optician who kindly saw me at very last minute today for a problem I am having with one of my eyes. I was feeling very frustrated at the current telephone culture that has become the norm since the start of COVID with an inflamed eye that was getting progressively worse and was accommodated here quickly for an in person examination. Thank you so much!

        Just like to Thank the team at Specsavers Colne . I lost my glasses while on holiday in Zante , we emailed them asking if it was possible to order replacements for when we got back .. They answered very quickly and organised a replacement pair that were ready to collect 7 days later and because it was inside 6 months since I bought them, I got them for half price . Excellent service Start to Finish. Thank You again .
