        Absolute chaos! Went to pick glasses up (have to make an appointment for this) glasses had gone missing but no one bothered to get in touch to change the appointment. Had to come out of work for this too! Had a second attempt - phone call to say glasses ready but ridiculously busy when got there (didnt have appointment because other appointment wasted). Was informed by them I would have to wait! No customer care or apology. First and last time will go there. Allens are much better
