The nails are pointing up. Clearly been placed incorrectly.
They were speaking in their language and laughing when I said I didn't like it.
I paid on full. Went home and called them to ask to remove them and they want to charge me extra.
Also filed my nails so much and they hurt. Service: Dip powder

The staff are very friendly
The only reason I give 4 stars is the waiting time sometimes Ive been their 3 hours
I wish the booked people in and put walk ins around the diary bookings
