        The first time I used the shop the older gentleman couldn't do enough for me. On my 2nd visit a different man not helpful and very curt. Had come to collect an aide for my husband no help. When I had a toilet aid delivered for the toilet again a very unhappy chap came and moaned all through the ditting

        My partner called at the mobility shop today we needed a shower stool desperately as I had ...had a operation and couldn't stand safely in the shower. The door was open and as soon as he walked in he saw one that was just right. Two staff that was sat down looked at him and said we are closed turned away and carried on eating there sandwiches .. .....how rude. Not very good customer care. Wont be going there again or recommending the shop. I think they do have volunteer helping but that's no excuse for bad manners.
