        ***ONLINE TRADING THIEVES*** THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES SOLD THEM SOMETHING ON EBAY. HOWEVER THEY CLAIMED PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL (I DIS AGREED) CLEARLY THIS WAS THE COURIER COMPANIES FAULT. ANYWAYS THEY WERE GIVEN A FULL REFUND AND INSTANTLY BLOCKED ME WITHOUT RETURNING THE PRODUCT. I HAVE TRIED CALLING A NUMEROUS AMOUNT OF TIMES BUT CLEARLY THESE GUYS ARE AVOIDING ME. I AM AIMING TO SORT THINGS IN A PRAGMATIC APPROACH BEFORE TAKING MATTERS FURTHER!

        Absolutely superb. We had problems with our old printer and AK gave us some tips over the phone to try to fix it. When it did not respond they offered information on replacement options but with no sales pressure at all. We arranged a COVID friendly collection. The shop is very quick to reach from the motorway and there is a loading bay at the side. The new printer was loaded into our boot and when we got home there was a message to thank us for making the journey and assuring us of any necessary after sales service. Lovely people, heartily recommended. New printer easy to set up and working beautifully.
