        Not one member of staff came to me and my wife. We walked round the whole store and there was no other customers. Terrible

        Needed a bed urgently, rang round a few shops all said it couldn't be done, until that is I spoke to Janine at prestige beds Yep no problem she said and true to her word the bed was delivered and assembled on the day we agreed on. I should also point out all this was done over the phone, and we hadn't seen the bed until after it had been delivered at our mum's , and I am very pleased to say. It was better than we expected! Thankyou Janine and Prestige beds
