        I have worked for Pendle Support for ten years with a three year gap. I left for three years to try something different. ... What I found was that I was working for a company that found staff and service users to be nothing but a number. I returned to Pendle Support due to the family values and the commitment to the people we support. Pendle Support have helped me through my NVQ level 4&5. I am now the Assisstant Manager, yes I called the staff today as I am aware of the fantastic relationships we have and how we try to help each other. I know the day to day runnings of the company and the balance of life's. Thank you from the office girl (Assistant Manager)

        Worked for Pendle Support now for nearly a year. Fab company, Always works my hours around my commitments outside of work. Payed always on time, with the correct pay. Never late. Wouldnt work for another support working company. The staff in the office and the management look after their staff and try their best to always please everyone who works for them. Enjoyed the past year working for them. Many more years to come!!! Recommend employment with Pendle Support :) Thank you xxx
