Planit Opticians

Planit Opticians came recommended to me...so I thought I would pop in with my recent eye test prescription given that they were local to me. I received such a walm welcome and have to say Planit had such a lovely range of frames to choose from. They were extremely helpful and explained the different options of lenses available to me and aftercare that they could offer. Planit were very patient and helpful whilst i experimented with various frames. Hence I will remain their customer from now and forevermore. This was my first time buying glasses. The whole experience from booking my eye test to going back to chose my glasses was simple and friendly - and all the people I dealt with were very knowledgeable and able to advise and inform me.

The customer service here is fantastic. I've been coming here over 6 years and have always been treated well. The optometrist (I am biased as he's my son lol) is very good and explains things in detail. Phil is also really helpful and will give honest opinions when you are trying to find glasses that suit you. It's a pleasure to go there.

Phil and other staff provided excellent customer service throughout my visits. I tried varifocals for the first time but couldnt get on with them. Phil was very accommodating with this and we swapped them back to normal lenses with no fuss. Thank you all.
