        Just received my Berghaus Explorer Ridge back from L.S.R, thrilled with the repair definitely worth the wait, I'll have no qualms sending in my second pair when I need them resoled, they look as good as new Thank You, great communication and a 1st class repair

        This is the 2nd time I've used this company and will continue to in the future if I stupidly damage my coat again! The turnaround is slow, but this is made pretty clear at the point of ordering. I think my repair was done in just under 60 days. The repairs are excellent, and when talking to the staff on the phone about an issue with my repair, they seem to be decent people who are just mega busy.

        Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow!!!!! Rip on the chest of my expensive Patagonia down jacket I have had only a few weeks. Thought I'd ruined it, but free postage, free repair, and free return postage and wow, can't tell where the tear was!!!! Amazing workmanship, highly recommended!!!!
