        What a lovely team of people ! Eye test for my daughter - staff were all very professional and friendly, as well as knowledgeable about sight etc. All questions answered and clear explanations given at each stage. Good choice of frames and plan for 2 year review with advice on what to do if any problems. Thanks to the staff member who did the initial checks (sorry we missed your name) , also to Julie who completed the process - you were both professional, thorough and lovely. Special mention and thanks to Natalie who carried out the eye test - you are so passionate about what you do, brilliant at communicating with your patients, very reassuring and we learnt so much from you. Highly recommend Boots Opticians Burnley. Thank you

        Needed a copy of my prescription, I rang up and expected that this would be a lengthy process, the gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful and this was done in no time, would definitely use again :)
