Brown Opticians - Burnley

My 2 children use Brown's and after wonderful customer service and being able to give full eye tests with success we will no longer use any other opticians.

Brown's opticians are truly the best! They go above and beyond to give a wonderful caring service in every way.Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are amazing,friendly and efficient. Coffee and biscuit on arrival was a lovely touch....thank you so much. Diane and Doug

My husband and I had our eyes tested and ordered or glasses and nothing was too much trouble. I was late for my appt but they sorted it. They were informative helpful and it was just an all round pleasant experience. Oh and their coffee is very good.

Additional to First review- I visited Brown opticians on St. James street again in Burnley today for adjustments and everyone was so kind and friendly. Politely Greeted by Steph and attended by Lauren who certainly went the extra mile to perfection. Thank you so much for sorting my problem. We have visited Browns opticians at Burnley Lancashire a few times recently and we find the service to be exceptionally good. In particular Clare and Mariam were extremely efficient, very knowledgeable, friendly and highly professional. They both certainly went out of their way to go the extra mile.
