I did a four week wellness course here and it has motivated me to make changes to my life. I lived with anxiety and fear. The course helped me to build my confidence, and taught me the basic needs to maintain a healthy happy balanced life. I am so grateful. I went on a mental health training course as well. This has set me up with listening skills, and again boosted my confidence. That's me in the middle.
