I have bought many radiators of this company for a while now and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the products sold and also with the personal service I have received. Having had many pleasant experiences with Plumbxtra, I would definitely recommend them when looking for your boilers and radiators. What can I say? This has to be by far, hands down the most professional e-commerce business I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I placed my order on a Monday morning and within 15mins I received not just a confirmation email but also an actual phone call from a real person (The lovely BEN!) to say that the good news was my radiator was indeed in stock and could be delivered the following day Tuesday. I was also asked if there would be somebody in to sign for it as they didn't want a failed delivery and the hassle of that for me given it was such a large heavy item. I ask if I could be given a time slot and was advised if I called back on Tuesday morning, I could get a 2hr window. The rad was delivered on time and in tip top condition and has now been fitted (see pic). All in all, a wonderful experience and I have since ordered 4 more of the same style rads with the same exceptional experience from a customer service point of view. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to purchase high quality designer radiators. BEN is phenomenal and has the best telephone manor and communication skills I have come across. +++++++++ Rating!!! Oh and by far the cheapest I could purchase!!

Ordered five standard radiators last week and three designer radiators. Was extremely happy with the price given, also had a query relating to delivery, called the number given and was assisted by a very polite but knowledgeable young man, think his name was Ben. Delivery arrived on time on the day agreed. On this day I had a sore back so couldn't lift, the driver brought the radiators into my house for me which I was delighted with to be honest. Would recommend 100%. Thank you once again guys, keep up the great work!!
