HSL Burnley

We purchased a chair today from the Burnley store. Jill was very helpful and went out of her way to source casters for us. The chair was delivered by Duncan within an hour and it was after 5pm! Excellent customer service. Thank you

Burnley. The service at Burnley HSL was excellent .The staff in store were helpful , welcoming and friendly . They couldnt do enough for us, offering advice , refreshments and even an umbrella to shield us from the rain as we walked to the car! My mother was very pleased with the chair she selected and it was delivered at our convenience by a lovely, kind and helpful delivery man called Duncan. He moved an existing chair to another room and sorted out a broken castor from it so it would glide more easily. He even searched for a replacement castor he had in his van as a temporary solution!!! All in all we were most impressed by the whole experience and have no doubt in giving those involved in the purchase 5 stars. Thanks very much indeed to all.

Bought a settee and chair at 3 o'clock delivered at 3 30 same day plenty of choice and excellent service would recommend to any body to look there

Amazing service. From start to finish the gentleman who came with our new chair was a delight and very careful. He made a daunting experience problem free and actually enjoyable. Thanks again and not forgetting Tracy and co for the great advise and excellent cups of tea, from Maureen H x

Excellent customer service from all the staff. Visited yesterday to buy a chair for elderly relative. Extremely helpful staff and the chair was delivered to him yesterday afternoon by Duncan. Unbelievable service. Thanks so much.
