Awful company. Do not order from here. Ordered gym equipment from here and quality alright but customer service is non existent. They got my order incorrect and said they'll sort it out but never answer their phone, never reply to their messages. They have a new director (Jack Hardwick) who assured me that they'll sort it all out and communication will improve.... it hasn't improved at all. I never got what I paid for and looks like I won't.

Would highly recommend, excellent quality products. Edit. Was told I would be shortly receiving one plate that was missing, have not yet received, all of my messages are being ignored and they won't answer the phone.

Poor compony to deal with orderd a gym bench from them a few months ago and part of the welding has snapped off causing me an injury luckily it wasnt fatal but from a health and safety point of view the product should never have been sold, paid a lot for a weight bench expecting to get quality obviously I was wrong , black line steel will not reply to my emails and will not pick up there phone , very poor customer service. DO NOT BUY A WEIGHT BENCH FROM THIS COMPANY

We use blackline steel frequently for bespoke parts for our fuel tanks. Always on time, great quality and you cant find a better price.
