Wonderful staff and service is excellent. I booked in with one of the girls for a hydra facial and she was very good. She advised me on what products should be used - I could see visible results straight after the treatment - my skin is super soft and smooth and makeup looks flawless- I would definitely recommend this treatment at Beautiphi.

I would not recommend this place at all. I booked an appointment today and was offered an appointment for tomorrow, as there was a cancellation. I was ready to pay my 50 deposit for my hydrfacial, but her card machine was not working. She offered me the option of paying in full after my treatment. I was very excited for my treatment as id never had any medical facials done before and i was super excited, until 3 hours later. Approx 3 hours later, the same lady rang me, and informed me that she was going to cancel my appointment because she had researched my name, clearly, and because i am a medically trained professional in aesthetics and iv been a dentist for over 13 years, i was accused of being a poacher and that i would come and poach their clients and staff!!! If im having a facial for my own happiness how am i going to poach staff and clients?? I was left feeling really unhappy and guilty for being a medical professional. So- if you are medically trained clearly your not allowed through the doors. I do not recommend.
