bought items from this company and such a scammers be aware after they promised that they will send items i didnt recieve any thing at all.. When contacted them they just keep saying next week what a liers and scammers

In 2020 we made an order from Norvap for 13 units. These units arrived defected so we asked Norvap to replace these units. They informed us that they will replace these units with our coming order. We have made a new order for 20 units from Norvap in July 2021 and they added the 13 defected units for free as shown in the attached Performa invoice titled Healtheye 747. This means they owe us 33 units, as shown in the invoice. We have made the full payment against the Performa invoice as shown in the file titled Norvap swift and Norvap kept delaying and delaying until they only sent us 10 units in December 2021 as shown in the file titled S22C-Norvap After that, they kept saying that they are waiting for items to arrive and they will send us our items with delay and delay and lie after lie and they have been doing until now, which is almost 17 months since we made the payment and around 12 months since we received the partial shipment

Your order was as follows, pay for 20 and get 13 free. I understand that those 13 were to replace faulty units that you should have sent back to us. My problem is I have no record that those units were sent back or whether you did in fact keep them. Can you confirm you sent them back, and provide proof please. I know this is asking you to do some work but if you did send them back then the refund would be the price of 18 units, if not only 5. at 250EUR each. I want to get this resolved as much as you do. After much going back and forth, Norvap decided to send us new ones instead of the faulty ones provided we purchase 20 new units as the invoice show. Our calculation is as follow; 33 units should be sent to us. Only 15 units have been sent to us Remaining units are 18 at 290 Euro each as the invoice show. Balance is 5,220 Euro Im attaching to you the invoice and the proof of payment against it. If you want to get this resolved ASAP, then please confirm the amount of 5,220 as refund.

We were not asked to send back the 13 faulty units. You can check about this from your end.
After much going back and forth, Norvap decided to send us new ones instead of the faulty ones provided we purchase 20 new units as the invoice show.
Our calculation is as follow;
33 units should be sent to us.
Only 15 units have been sent to us
Remaining units are 18 at 290 Euro each as the invoice show.
Balance is 5,220 Euro
Im attaching to you the invoice and the proof of payment against it.
If you want to get this resolved ASAP, then please confirm the amount of 5,220 as refund.
