        Did you know you should only clean a Bemis toilet seat with soapy water? No neither did I. My newly purchased toilet seat has started to lose its colour after just a few weeks after I dared to use a disinfectant bathroom cleaner on it. The 12 month warranty doesnt cover this problem. Surely with COVID-19 better quality more hardy finishes should be used. I wont buy a Bemis toilet seat again nearly 30 literally down the drain!

        The chrome on my Bemis toilet seat hinges had started to crack with age, but the seat itself was still as good as new, so i got in touch with Bemis at their Burnley depot explained the situation to a very nice lady called Josie Porter who immediately sent me within a few days the replacement hinges with just the cost for postage.I cannot praise this company enough put lots of other companies to shame. Thank you again Josie for your quick response.
