        Product seems good quality however not all the packages were delivered and the courier dumps and runs. No apology from Northern Polytunnels and advised that I should contact the courier directly to complain about the issues with the delivery!!

        What a fabulous company - so helpful! I ordered the wrong size base rail fitting - when it arrived I rang the company - they packed the new bits, delayed the collection so they could be collected & I received them at 9:0am the following day. Incorrect items returned for credit. Can't get better than that

        Gave 4 as taken one off, part of the structure missing came within 2 days of notification to NP however had to book the people who put my polytunnel up for another day causing me to pay extra.
