        Do not ever by a bed from these, there customer service is terrible, I order my daughter a bed, it came on the 23rd December in white and then after Christmas sorting this out its came again twice in white again after ordering it in grey, my 7 year old daughter sleeping on the floor and today delivery, with a box missing and no collection for the other bed shocking DO NOT BUY This was brought through dfs but have spoken to your company who has said there in the wrong and 4 times not getting a bed right is a joke !! I cant say anything about dfs its seeet dream who need to get there eyes tested and sort them staff out

        Ordered a bed from DFS this company made the bed I received. Extremely poor quality very shoddily upholstered. It shouldn't have ever left the factory. They obviously don't do a quality check. They also didn't put casters in one half of my bed base so I had to buy my own from amazon. I'm still awaiting a Response from DFS regarding a replacement, as I can't go directly to this company. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

        Worse Company I have ever dealt with . After receiving and confirming my delivery time I arranged time off work . As agreed the driver shows up on Saturday morning comes into my home arranges to bring the bed into the home as agreed while standing face to face . 10 minutes later I thought things were quiet , went to check the driver . He had have left my front door open and drove off with no item , no explanation. Distressed I called the company straight away to be advised that they never had my item and was an issue at the warehouse so they decided to leave it behind without letting me know . I have asked for a complaint to be issued re this but could not speak with a manager I kept being put on hold then getting hung up on . It was the same one person that was answering all the phones. To no avail I am still no further forward and missing a 2k product .
