    I am another unhappy customer which a solicitor is instructed to take on the case of the second suite ,only a few months old the first sofa came to me with a broken arm!!!!! This replacement has been deemed under weight cushion fillings by British standards the piping is all puckered during to the machine tension being to tight also seat cushions have completely flattened out considerably. And a company so called independent, is sent to do bodge up repairs. You the owner really need to listen to these bad reviews,what you have wrote as the owner cannot be justified at all,loom loft where we purchased these suites from are contacting you as I will not except further repairs to the substandard sofas. I have read here another person is on a further sofa from you. In law you have breeches the rules a item has got to be of merchantable quality failed. The 12 month warranty cover for return,replace repair you only repair taking away the customer rights,for a refund under the return. The upholster commented that this suite looks 8 years or more old. Yet its just a few months being sofa number 2. I've also noticed you have not replied to these posts. Only to one positive one. I would appreciate if you have the manners to respond to me.????     Ordered a chair which took 5 months to arrive, it had the wrong colour feet and a ripped scatter cushion. Replacements were also wrong. Don't buy from them! Worst customer service. They should be ashamed of their service! So fed up with them we are now in month 8 and still waiting. Rubbish!
