Real Legal

We have worked with a few solicitors/conveyancers in the past. Real legal have genuinely been leagues better than those I have worked with in the past. We have had a challenging case with selling our house but Hayley and her team have clearly and evidently fought our corner through the challenges. They respond to emails very quickly. On several days in the process we exchanged many emails within the space of a few hours. When ever I called the office they were always extremely helpful. There was a noticeable urgency in their voice. When on many occasions they said on the call "I will do that now" I will do that now I left confidently knowing that they would do it immediately. And this was regularly evidenced in a follow up email or call confirming that the task had been done. As well as our sale we worked with Real legal for the purchase of our next home too. We went a reasonably way through the process of buying a house but withdrew from the purchase following a poor survey report. However Real legal had impressed us with the speed at which they worked and so a few months later when we found a new house to purchase it was a no brainer to us to use Real legal again. They have pushed our purchase through incredibly quickly. Although at the time or writing we haven't quite completed yet, Real legal are fighting hard for completion next week which means our purchase will have gone from offer to completion in 6 weeks!
