        Bought a Renault scenic for a family member, went to pick it up a week later, no work been done , cam belt, touch up paint,MOT after taking to the waste of time management, sent it for a clean, 3hrs later car came back , got told mot was done today went to turn the window wipers on NOTHING happened, sale rep took it to workshop only to find out one of the motors is seized I asked how did it pass the MOT today to be told it was working when we MOT it, in the end I just got my money and walked away, I don't think I will be buying anything off PERRY'S KIA BURNLEY

        We Purchased a used KIA Sportage our first KIA. From start to finish we were treated in a courteous and professional manner. Anthony the salesman talked us through all aspects of the sale right through to the final handover. I will certainly consider Perrys Burnley for future car purchases.

        We were buying a small car for my daughter and after searching online one evening we found what looked like the ideal car at Perrys. I reserved the car online to make sure I didnt have a wasted trip to Burnley as I couldnt get there for a couple of days. I got a call from the dealer the following morning to make an appointment to view the car and to answer any questions I had before visiting. The on-site dealer experience was great, the car was ready for us to test drive and once we decided to go ahead and purchase the whole process was effortless. There was no pressure to use their finance or buy any of the additional insurance products (they were all offered but there was no hard sell). Overall from reservation to driving away the experience was stress free and managed smoothly by the sales person. I would happily buy another car from them in the future.
