        Made a telephone reservation for 1900 on the 13 July and confirmed the booking a couple of weeks later by answering the text message sent by their online booking system, OpenTable. Arrived to find the place closed and in darkness with another disappointed customer who had also booked, standing outside. Not even the courtesy of letting customers know early enough to make other arrangements. Recommend that this place is avoided. It does not deserve anyone's patronage.

        Booked a table for 7.00pm, had this confirmed a couple of days prior. However when we arrived, the place was locked up. No notice had been given and another person also stood waiting. What an awful way to conduct a business. Will not be recommending this place to anyone, perhaps it should stay closed. Didn't want to give 1 star but needed to, so comment could be left.

        Great atmosphere, busy, food was good, no complaints, definitely recommend. 4 stars only because we had to chase drinks, they took a while on arrival but rest of evening was spot on for service.
