I would give no stars for this company as I lost my dad this year so transferred it to my mum's name then sadly a few week later lost my mum so I notified them and they were awful and still charged hundreds of pounds for an early cancellation fee I said I don't mind paying for what mum used but the early fee for closing should have been waved mum and dad had no choice to finish with the company they were no longer with us disgusting

Awful company, even after not using them for 4 months I am receiving bills and threats going to the collections team! Absolute frauds! Do not use this company!

I bn with them for nearly a year,the first a few months was ok, not that great but I could open my emails, soon after it got extremely bad , no internet no connection I couldn't even sign in to my hotmail, they even increased their price up , I complained to them several times that there was no internet connection,they didn't do anything regarding my complaint, I wouldn't recommend this company to no one, yes I have been paying then for nothing. When I finally decided to leave them, I get a phone call from them threatening me that I can't just leave like that, I have to give them a month notice plus to return their equipment paying out of my pocket .
