        Dishonest rip off. Try to frighten you into not cancelling by providing totally false and misleading information. Avoid at all costs - do not even think of using them. Unbelievable that even when I told them I had worked for many Telecommunications companies in the UK they persisted with the lies.

        What a terrible company. Complete liars. Asked them to call a vulnerable elderly customer to fix his line. Refused to do a line check, lied about calling him then wouldn't send an engineer out. This person has a pendant alarm in case of a fall that needs to be connected 24/7. Absolutely shocking. I will be shouting this from the roof tops if anything happens....disgraceful.
