Terrible company!!!! 5-7 working days install turns into an over 6 months nightmare, incorrect trades people sent not reading or seeing photos taken on assessments telling there contractors its a small job getting here ie fitting 2 radiators and actually its 10 with and air to heat source pump so not qualified enough to do this still waiting for outstanding work which includes a hole thats drilled on top floor for an extraction that hasnt been fitted the weird thing is they sent an electrician to fit 2 but only wired the kitchen one new manager looked to turn things around but supposedly keeps forgetting to send WhatsApp messages Just a reminder this is for a disabled lady who Shouldn't be put through so much stress The next point of call is trust mark and the British assessment bureau i hope this may be enough to get the outstanding complete Services: Drywall installation, Plumbing fixture installation, Paint indoors, Fan installation

I used this company in 2021 for the Green Homes Grant scheme. I really wished I hadnt. The staff turnover is extremely high so you cant rely on anyone. I am still trying to get a certificate for work done 2 years ago. I need it for moving house. Ive been asking for weeks by phone and email. Nobody gets back to me and you can never get through to the person who they say you need to speak to. Ive sent numerous emails and got nothing back. Now when I try to ring I get engaged tone constantly. Do not use this company as its so stressful. The work I had done was insulating plasterboard on the inside of the external facing walls. The house was a mess for ages and it has made no difference in warmth since its been finished. Ive spoken to 2 people who used to work here and they are both very glad to be out of here. Service: Drywall installation

We ended up with free insulation, solar panels and free storage heaters, we couldnt believe it to be honest. Kurt was great at taking the time to talk through some minor issues with us on the phone which were resolved quickly. Its great we got this done over the cold months to keep the house warmer as well.
