        Unfortunately as a member of the public and not a company, buying goods through a 2nd party website using PayPal resulted in a company worker who didn't claim the funds within 30 days. We paid for a fire in good faith, but after they realised their error 6 months later have harassed us for another payment without the consumer protection of PayPal. We refused pay over the phone, no alternative was forthcoming or any apology for the inconvenience. They have gone to Court and Tribunals service rather than treating their customers with respect and offering a decent solution. I don't trust them. Do not buy their goods over the Internet using PayPal, its worthless protection against this sort of outfit. Unprofessional.
