        I did rang this development I spoke to a lady not very accommodating.I did asked her for a part exchange she told me they don't do part exchange.She said they just had it last January with all the offers.I have checked the site all over again and its very clear that they have a four bedroom house is on part exchange and the price is 369000.I even some of people i know and they says the even asked them and they do.Not recommend to anybody even their attitude and full of lies.
