Holiday Inn Express Burnley M65, JCT.10, an IHG Hotel

I stayed at this hotel with my family and had the worse experience ever, rude unprofessional staff, I have health issues and had my autistic child with me and was told from a staff called Lisa that that if we didnt leave by 12pm she would throw us out the hotel, at arrival we told the staff that we want to extent our stay till 2pm (we made it very clear) I was then instructed to call dest in the morning which I did the following morning a staff called Lisa answered the phone and said she would throw us out if we hadnt left be 12pm my issue is that she could have said the exact same thing in a better manner, we paid for a service dont expect to be disrespected, also the T.v wasnt working at all which caused a lot of issues with our stay with our Autistic child which we was only informed about once we had made the payment, I am soo upset with the way we have been treated, I came down to the dest to speak to Lisa before I left the hotel and again she spoke very rude AGAIN, I have stayed at numerous different hotels (hopefully this experience doesnt put me off) but Ive never been treated like this from any staff, due to work I travel a lot so this experience has been awful, please double think before booking this hotel. I spoke to the manager of the hotel who did apologise only once I mentioned that I didnt even once get an apology but sadly didnt get an apology from Lisa herself what a rude disgusting women.
