        Rooms: Well maintained and clean nice comfy bed Safety: Good safety practices in place Food & drinks: Food was excellent and plentiful

        We were originally booked in for 2 nights all inclusive but checked out after 1 night. The room was absolutely filthy, the dust was thick enough to write a message in and we found broken glass on the carpet. The 2 mis matched cups had to be washed before we could use them. The 2 course meal was inedible. Crispy beef could have been used as dog kibble or maybe used as charcoal. The slow cooked pork was stone cold and the mashed potatoes like gloup. The receptionist was very understanding and managed to get our payment transferred to another hotel. Mind you, with hindsight we should have realised something was wrong when we saw how many of the guests had pizza deliveries.
