Ive been going to Claire for various treatments over recent years such as reflexology, massage and sound healing and I always leave totally relaxed. Claire is lovely, warm and knowledgeable about all her treatments and has a healing touch and the treatment room is a lovely place to retreat from the stresses and strains of everyday life.

I had the pleasure of indulging in one of the Natural Therapy Clinic's new wellness retreats in the new Garden Sanctury. The Garden Sanctury is snug, warm and cosy, a perfect setting to take time out, rest and recharge. The Garden Sanctury has been well considered in many aspects even down to a small gift on arrival. I chose the Womens Healing Retreat with a 90minute treatment in the morning (Aroma Balance Therapy), followed by some of my own quiet time, the timings throughout the day between treatments, own time and lunch was enough time to take time out for myself, picking up some of the lovely books left to read. Refreshments and lunch had been well thought out, lunch was a colourful, tasty vegetarian Mediterranean lunch with herbal teas available throughout the whole day, fruit snacks also were provided. The afternoon was as equally relaxing as the morning with a further treatment in the afternoon (Indian Head, back and neck massage) followed by the Sound Healing Therapy session. All of the treatment therapies complimented each other and by the end of the day I was totally, relaxed, rested and recharged. Claire is very appreciative of your needs and takes the time to understand you and adapts and mixes the therapies and treatment to suit them around you.
