Looking old with peeling paint on round bit behind the pillars. Clock has been telling wrong time for over 7 years now. In pillar section the council installed colour changing lights many years ago which looked nice but but now they just highlight the peeling paint. Takes an hour to repaint the bad bit & 10 mins to set the correct time but the council are too busy wasting money on rubbish so called improvements & useless at doing anything that needs doing.
