        Slimming World with Mel on a Wednesday night is fantastic. Mel's groups are so encouraging. The members on Wednesday night are a wonderful bunch. They support each other with recipes and tips about new products. Mel's group sessions always feel like there are no two weeks the same. They are always interesting and you come out feeling totally refreshed and ready for the week ahead. If you've lost your way and want to rejoin, Mel will welcome you back with open arms and a big smile. She'll often send a message of support during the week, making you feel like she's on your journey too. She's brilliant.

        Ive tried slimming world many times before and although the other consultants were still friendly and nice mel is amazing. Shes an inspiration to us all. We have such a great time in group. Its so welcoming and friendly.
