I had quite and awful experience initially when i went for a presentence report, nothing was correct nor the things i said quoted accuractly, this could have been extremely negligent and damaging however since sentencing i have a probation worker thats absoloutly fantastic, she knows what i mean when i say something and if she has any dubiousness or has an element of doubt she will ask me to confirm what im saying and give meaning so as not too cause inaccuracies, not only that she has gone the extra mile to help me with any questions i have and also with any other legalities, shes straight forward, very professional and easy to speak too without leaving you feeling like youre inadequate or less superior, im treat like a human being whos problems matter and she always offers too try find a solution or support mechanisms or groups to help me be a better person The lady is a real credit and im fortunate to have such a great caring probation worker that leaves me feeling like i have a voice and that i matter TOO Thankyou vi for all you doo to help me I hope your peers recognise how brill you are at your job I cant thank vic enough She should be everyones probation officer and we would all change for the better S.hartley
