Oh So Sweet Candy Trees

I ordered for the first time a Ferrero Rocher bouquet from this website for my fianc's birthday. It was very easy to place the order online, however the delivery didn't go as planned. The order was shipped on the 6th but it was sent to the wrong delivery depot. Consequently the bouquet didn't arrive on time for the birthday which was on Monday 9th. This was supposed to be a 24h Express Parcelforce service. I also tried calling the shop several times on Monday as I had no update from the courier, and all I could get was a message saying that my call couldn't be connected and to try again later. Very disappointing as a first experience but at least when the bouquet finally arrived on Tuesday morning, it did look very nice.

I called in to look at the chocolate bouquets... Wow amazing. Wonderful colours, so much chocolate. I bought one immediately. I will use this shop again and have told my friend. Thank you for making my granddaughters birthday so special.

Received my chocolate bouquet today, ordered for my little boy to give to his mum for her birthday next week. The bouquet looks excellent and the gift message is a nice personal touch, sure she will be delighted when she gets it next week. Thanks very much

I ordered my wife one of the bouquets with her three favourite chocolates in and she loved it. In my opinion it was better than sending flowers. It was very well set out and looked great.

Extremely frustrating experience with their online orders after ordering a bereavement gift for a loved one and the item was never delivered. I contacted the store many times but received no help. Overall, would not order or buy from here again, just glad I received my refund from PayPal. Edit: I'd like to add to the company's response. No delivery was even attempted as it was during the lockdown period and the person was in the house the whole time. They claimed that we had discussed that the item was attempted to be delivered and no one responded, which is a flat out lie because I contacted them 2 times for a reason and I was ignored. Only then did I request a refund. I'd also like to reiterate that the ONLY reason that I received a refund was because I escalated my claim with PayPal, which was automatically refunded after a number of days because there were no responses from the company to PayPal as well. It appears that leaving a review is the only way to receive a response even after Paypal have settled the dispute.
