What a rude lady behind the counter. She mock shouted at our children for talking (in what she perceived to be a loud voice - though they were just excited to look at the soft toys) because she was counting money and lost count. Then she asked them to not touch the soft toys because of COVID in a very rude way. Shes lost my custom with her bad attitude to customers. Ill be buying my soft toys this Xmas elsewhere sadly.

I really feel that I need to review this establishment for a while. But living in Burnley always never seemed to have time .my cousin and I who lives in Colne decided to have breakfast there, I was early so thought I would have a look round prior to her arriving, I wandered around for a while and fell upon the coffee shop shop so asked the lady could I use the toilet she said of course, when I came out I looked out if the window and saw my cousin do I was just about to go out to greet her when a blonde hair lady said in a very loud voice, " the cheek of some people" to say I was upset was a understatement. My cousin was outraged and wanted to confront her, but on reflection she has just lost a lot of trade as word mouth is powerful tool. So my advice to this person is think before you speak you misunderstood the situation. I have given 2 stars to the lady who let me use the loo

Came across this gorgeous little gift shop as I was out for a walk. Beautiful gifts for all occasions & lovely, friendly staff.
