        On Friday 28th Of April. I was for few days coughing heavily and Temperature And Breathing problem. I called my Briercliffe Surgery. Explained my Symptoms asked for an appointment. The lady said the next appointment is 11th May 8pm St Peters Burnley. I went to local pharmacy. Explained. My symptoms asked for some medicines and she gave me some medicines and said that I might have an infection and I need to see the doctor.Pathetic Service. I am 67 Years old age, pensioner. I worked all my life paid national insurance contribution and when I need some NHS service I cant get it .

        Avoid this practice if you can , tried to call but got put in a que of 25 so went down to the practice and got to talk straight to the RUDE woman on front desk who had a go at diagnosing my problem (Hand swelling) and offered an appointment in 2 weeks time at a completely different surgery 5 miles away !!! , I swiftly told them to forget it and walked out to go else where!! Thanks for your help briercliffe surgery!!....AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!
